Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and proposing training solutions that align with client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the corporate (B2B) market.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their learning and development needs.
- Propose and present suitable training and development solutions, including certification and non-certification programs that are tailored to client requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and effective pipeline management.
- Generate leads through multiple channels, including:
- Existing client base
- Online and digital marketing platforms
- Events, conferences, and networking activities
- Partnerships and referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Skills & Experiences
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management with a proven track record in B2B client engagement.
- Prior experience in training, education, conferences, or industry summits. Candidates from related B2B event or corporate solutions backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to connect with clients across all levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Candidates with an established network or existing relationships with corporate clients will have a distinct advantage.
