Job Description
We are looking for a candidate with BD or client acquisition background to provide influencer solutions to targeted industries such as FMCG, 4A Media Agencies, E-commerce and China Outbound Brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Agency & Brand Outreach: Leverage your existing network to pitch Starry's influencer solutions and artiste packages directly to local FMCG brands and 4A Media Agencies in Malaysia.
- Consultative Pitching: Act as a strategic consultant. Understand client briefs (especially for FMCG product launches or brand awareness) and craft tailored influencer marketing proposals.
- China Outbound Support: Assist China-based clients looking to expand globally. Provide market insights and influencer strategies not just for SEA, but potentially for broader global markets.
Skills & Experiences
- 3-5 years of experience in a relevant role of Influencer Marketing, Account Management, or Digital Agency operation.
- Client Network (Crucial): Must possess established connections with FMCG brands or 4A Media/Advertising Agencies in Malaysia. Proven ability to bring in campaign briefs is highly preferred.
- Creator Network: Strong existing relationships with local creators and talent agencies in Malaysia and Southeast Asia will be an advantage.
- English & Malay (Professional): Essential for pitching to local 4A agencies and FMCG clients.
- Mandarin (Preferred): Essential for engaging with China-based clients and maximizing the value of our Chinese artiste-related assets.
