Senior Credit Evaluation Executive

Job Description

The Senior Credit Evaluation Executive is responsible for assessing loan applications and analyzing financial information to determine clients’ creditworthiness. The role involves reviewing financial data, preparing credit proposals for senior management, and ensuring the completeness of documentation for both new and existing portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess creditworthiness by processing and approving loan applications within specified limits.
• Review and organize financial information for new and existing portfolios to ensure completeness.
• Analyze financial data and prepare credit proposals for Senior Management approval.
• Perform other related ad-hoc duties as required.

Skills & Experiences

•  Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in credit evaluation or financial analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to interpret contracts in Mandarin (for the China market).
• Require liaising with sales teams based in Malaysia and China   
• Meticulous, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Positive attitude with a pleasant personality.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
