Job Description

The role focuses on server and service deployment, monitoring, performance tuning, incident response, and building automation tools while collaborating closely with development teams. Experience with cloud platforms, ELK/monitoring systems, security practices, and gray (canary) releases is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage server deployment, maintenance, performance tuning, and incident response. 
• Responsible for service deployment, updates, and monitoring. 
• Collaborate with development and operations teams for testing and bug resolution. 
• Build and maintain automation tools to improve efficiency. 
• Research and implement new operations technologies. 
• Expert in Kubernetes cluster setup and maintenance. 
• Experience with gray releases is preferred. 

Skills & Experiences

• 3-5+ years operations experience
• Strong Linux administration skills. 
• Proficient with Elasticsearch, Nginx, RocketMQ, Redis, Nacos, MongoDBclusters. 
• Familiar with SVN, Git, Jenkins, JIRA, Harbor, Nexus. 
• Skilled with Docker and Kubernetes. 
• Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD toolchains. 
• Able to write automation scripts using Python, Shell, Ansible. 
• Familiar with monitoring tools like Zabbix and Prometheus. 
• Experience with cloud servers; multi-cloud experience preferred. 
• Familiar with ELK stack setup. 
• Security implementation experience preferred.
